Java Application Development & Entrepreneurship

About Me

BlogPicture

Welcome to the Java Entrepreneur Weblog that is written by Jason Darrow. The focus of this WebLog is to help a new or existing business solve problems by using Java. In addition I will talk about application development and the news and trends that surround that space. I'm less concerned with the geek factor of a particular topic and more interested in how my readers and I can benefit from a new technology or tend.

I've been using Java since 1997 to solve business problems. I have a B.S.B.A in Management of Information Systems from Northeastern University and an M.S. in Information Technology from bentley college. My experience includes working in the wireless telecommunications industry for a number of years and some time working at a dot-com. Currently, I work as an IT consultant at a Fortune 100 financial services company outside of Boston, MA.

ContactsI encourage suggestions for articles, and comments on what I've written to keep me honest. My hope is to start a conversation on the topic written about in the Weblog. If for some reason you don't feel comfortable leaving a comment on the Weblog itself please email me at java@creative-weblogging.com.
