Adobe ColdFusion 8 offers server monitoring and improved Ajax support

The latest version of dynamic web site development application, ColdFusion8 has now been made available and it brings along the ability of monitoring web servers for performance related issues coupled with improved Ajax support. Integration with other Adobe applications such as Adobe LiveCycle, Adobe Integrated Runtime and Adobe Flex has also been improved. It also offers better PDF creation which improves the ability of extracting content from PDF documents.

Aimed at small and mid-sized businesses, ColdFusion 8 Standard is available for $1,300 whereas the enterprise version is aimed at handling multiple sites and web applications on one or more servers and is available for $7,500.
