AJAX Revamps Digg

There is no need for me to give an introduction to Digg which is hugely popular in the web world and no reasons for guessing that. Digg's enhanced version, Digg V3 has gone live and introduced changes in the form of redesign and additional topics. Now the main topics which have been included are Science, Technology, Videos, World & Business, Entertainment and Gaming and sub topics for each of them.

What else, Upcoming Stories has replaced Diggall and in order to browse through the submitted items, a cloud view has been added in order to highlight which stories have Digg momentum by making them appear larger in the tag cloud.

The redesigning looks quite good and it retains the old memories of the earlier Digg while seamlessly including new changes and additions. AJAX has certainly worked wonders for Digg. I hope everybody agrees with me on this point.
