Flipping Web Sites

I listen to a number of podcastslinks while driving and or running. One of the podcasts I have setup to download everyday through Doppler is Entrepreneurs Journey. In a couple of recent podcasts Yaro Starak talks about his experience in buying an existing web site. That's not all though because in the podcast he talks to the person who sold it to him after the fact and we hear both sides of the transaction.

The site Yaro bought was blog based. However, the metrics he used to determine what the site was worth and how he interpreted these numbers are explained in the podcast. He brings up a number of points that I never considered before and talks about these things at a level that anyone can understand.
