Generate a Privacy Policy for a Site

Filed in archive Business by jason on November 25, 2005

I spent this evening researching Terms of Use and Privacy Policy considerations for a site I'm working on. I'm getting older, but I'm not sure about wiser, and the Wild West scenario is not what I'm looking for this time. Anyway, I'm not a legal expertlinks but I wanted to include a basic statement until I get things settled because trouble is not what I'm looking for right now.

What did we ever do without the Internet? In the course of my reading and searching I found a site that allows a user to submit information about the type of user information being captured and what is being done with it. Based on that information a Privacy Policy can be generated for a site.
