With open source Java completing its first anniversary on the 13th of this month it is believed that we would soon see porting of Java to Apple iPhone. We are all aware of the fact that Apple just cut off with Java on its iPhone but Sun doesn't seems to have lost hope. By 2008 Apple has plans to come up with an SDK for its phone which might make open source phoneme version of Java ME working on this phone which is already selling like hot cake in the market. Even though Java developers have been looking forward to Java on iPhone, Apple has maintained rigidity on this front for quite some time. Let's wait and see what 2008 brings for Java on iPhone front.
