Sun Java is another star in the world of entertainment as Hollywood studios and cable companies have been using Java for offering media rich experience to viewers and develop applications that could add spark to their viewing experience. The next time you order a movie on demand you could request for some enhanced features along with it. Companies such as Walt Disney has gone ahead and added a video game along with the movie DVD it sells. Next time you are watching your favorite show it could become possible for you to vote for your favorite reality show star by pressing a button on your remote control of TV fro the comforts of your living room.

It's just the beginning and as more Java based television sets, set top boxes and Blu ray players reach the market it would surely add a new dimension to viewers experience and at the same time make Java more popular.
