JavaGamePlay.com

I had some free time today and decided to checkout a site I heard about that allows Internet users to play Java based games. The site is at JavaGamePlay.com. It has a number of games available that users can play for free online and doesn't require anything to be downloaded to your browser.
After going to this site and blowing up a bunch of WWII German tanks I started to wonder about a couple of things. First, what is it the owners of this site are getting out of this venture? I only saw a single banner on the site and it was pretty small. They are not asking for any personal information before a user plays a game either which I found odd but obviously from a gamers point of view acceptable. Secondly, I wonder about trademark issues with Sun MicroSystems. I'm in no way an expert in trademark issue but I wonder if Sun is OK with them using the domain JavaGamePlay.com and potentially making money off of it. I meant check out thier logo and you get a pretty good idea that not all is well with respects to that issue.
In any case if your having a hard time at work or simply want to virtually blow stuff up check it out. This gives people an idea of what can be done with Java.
