Now there is a cell phone in almost every hand but how many applications are out there to take advantage of this communication revolution? Probably you can count them on your finger tips. The need of the hour is to build interactive mobile web applications which can be found on almost every phone. With Ajax around developers probably need to take a serious look at finding out what kind of applications would succeed and make efforts towards this area because the cell phone market is a pretty hot right now especially in developing economies.

Building mobile applications in Java with MIDP might be a difficult job but with Ajax it could be pretty simple. If everything goes well in the future we might see cell phone applications being developed using mobile Ajax and that would surely be welcomed by cell phone users. Times have changed when smart phones were the domain of the rich but with changing times the market for smart phones is experiencing a turnaround and so is the technology therefore why not put it to full use and give the end users something to cheer about. So get ready to see more rich application on your smart phones, courtesy Ajax.
