Application Development

There is some good news as version 6.0 of Net Beans has been dual licensed. NetBeans Version 6.0 Beta 2 is the latest version of its open source application development platform and is now under the umbrella of Sun Common Development and Distribution License and GPL v2 with ClassPath exception. This will surely help the cause of NetBeans as it will be in better contact with Linux community and major open source projects. Now it will make it easier to share NetBeans code and innovation with other projects which will make it easier to bring forward a stronger open source Java ecosystem.
