New tools unveiled by Oracle for Java and Web developers

A number of new tools have been unveiled by Oracle for supporting Java and web developers. The previews have been announced for new releases of Oracle JDeveloper and Oracle Application Development Framework. These standards based tools simplify the job of developing and deploying Java EE 5, Ajax style Rich Internet Applications and Web 2.0. Oracle JDeveloper and Application Development Framework offers advanced tooling and visual development for all Java EE 5 standards and APIs which enable quick adoption of java technologies. As per the company 80 Ajax enabled JSF 1.2-based client components can help in the creation of interactive user interfaces for web applications.
Some of the new features added to Oracle Application Server include Java EE 5 compatibility, WS-Policy standards for configuring reliable and secure Web services and support for the EJB 3, JPA, JAX-WS, JSF 1.2.
