San Francsico Apartments and Java
When I first moved away from home I met a budding Java entrepreneur from California. He had recently moved out of his parents home as well and together we set out to find San Francisco apartments that we might actually be able to afford.
As you know starting out in the business money is pretty tight and in some cases non-existent. We were closer to the non-existent side of things. Java man was from San Francisco so he was well aware of the real estate prices which leads me to wonder what he was thinking leaving his parents house. I was fresh from the South where despite living in a large city like New Orleans, rental prices were cheap compared to California.
Eventually we settled on a one bedroom efficiency right out of San Francisco. Business began to boom for my boyfriend but our relationship didn't fare so well. Fortunately I learned a lot about internet entrepreneurship which I have taken with me later in life, hence my presence here.
