Should We Use Flash In a Web 2.0 Site
Yesterday I went for a run and listened to the latest Boagworld podcast. While web design is not a strong point of mine I still like to know what is going on in the space and this podcasts presents things in a format that I can understand.

The title of the podcast was The Great Flash Debate. To be honest it was pretty long and at times I thought a bit drawn out. However, it was the most detailed explanation of the pros and cons of using flashlinks in sites that I have ever heard.

My takeaway was don't use Flash unless you have genuine artistic intent for a page. The plugin is proprietary and it is hard to integrate Flash with existing web standards.
