I listen to podcasts just about Everyday. Some fall off my rotation because they start to get old and others because they simply stop creating new episodes. Then there are the times when I find something really good and that is very on subject. This happened recently for me with the podcast The Web 2.0 Show. These guys put together a very good podcast and interview some really interesting people. They are also down to earth. Here is how they explain their podcast:

The Web 2.0 Show is a podcast about emerging technologies commonly referred to as "Web 2.0". We focus on interviewing the developers and entrepreneurs who are creating the next generation of web services and media delivery. Our goal is to help you figure out where the web is headed. Like you, we are hard at work developing our own cool projects. Maybe we can learn something together.
Check it out.
