Web Site Presentation Check
Filed in archive E-Commerce by jason on November 30, 2005
BrowserShots.org is a free service that allows web site owners to see what their sites look like in a number of different web browsers. For people that have had to go through the trouble of ensuring their sites look as they should in a number of different browsers this is a great service. Doing it yourself can take a lot of time and resources.

With this service a user simple submits a URL to the site and is then able to view a report. This report then shows the site in question via screenshots for each browser. The only bummer at this point is the wait time for getting your site checked. As of today there is a wait time of 24 hours in some cases. However, the site is free and I'm sure if it turns out to be successful it will improve. What a great idea!
