When I first heard of the term POJO I had no idea what it could mean. After I asked someone what it meant I felt a little stupid for asking. We tend to over complicate even acronyms but we needed to call it something I guess.

Anyway the idea behind POJO programming sounded like a damn good idea to me. However, making that a reality seemed pretty farfetched based on my past experiences. That was however until I started learning about Spring and Hibernate.
